CDPAP Financial and Administrative Services

The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) recently transitioned to a new statewide fiscal intermediary: Public Partnership, LLC (PPL).

Consumers and their caregivers must register with PPL as their fiscal intermediary to participate in CDPAP.

PPL handles administrative services such as:

  • Processing the personal assistant's wages and benefits,
  • Processing the personal assistant's income tax and other required wage withholdings
  • Maintaining the required employment records for the personal assistant.
